My biggest problem with web push is that you won’t get notifications on iOS anymore, if you haven’t opened the app for a while. A tad bad for some apps.
I didn't mean the "projects" feature. I described my projects to it, had it search for extra details and pasted relevant inflection into the session before starting the voice chat.
And also the amount of people running it in thousands of scenarios. Not sure if these areas can be even tested for, but I guess time will tell (can observe Bun if it breaks somewhere as that’s afaik the first big AI rewrite which got into prod for masses).
A lot of the signal (github, forums, mailing lists, discord, etc.) can be turned into signal. Right now it's easy enough to collect. In future it will be easy enough to cluster and generate preferences, experience, etc.
Every bug report, code change as a result, PR / commit message, PR comment that steers preferences, etc. is solid signal to generate future tests.
I agree but I think from Bun we learned that a project with really good tests and enough tokens can be converted from one language to another quite good!
Hah, I have a prototype of the same idea on my backburner! Excited to see this, though I don't understand some of their design choices. Will need to check out more closely.
Because it’s high or low? Imo it’s not that hard to reach that amount, they have quite a few employees, offering services for ~20 years and it’s probably also containing small repos - would’ve imagined way more tbh.
I like their approach on going smaller, X4 has the perfect size and I feel like X3 is actually even a bit too small (missing usb c is a bit weird tho).
Compared to kindles going bigger and bigger - now with 11+ I feel like they are too big as a handheld.
Everything I own now except for my Pebble watch uses USB-C. I will not buy another device that doesn't use it. (At least with my new Pebble, they shipped it with a USB-C adapter.)
