I mean if you ask the AI to make something to manage the inventory in a warehouse without any detail about how the warehouses operate then you're going to get a worse result than a domain expert talking to the AI.

The problem is that more and more people are getting convinced by the AI's that they're domain experts when they're really not.

Gemini is probably one of the better AI's for programming, despite Google not making a decent official client to access it.

Newer GPT (5+) models seem to forget imports more often than Claude and use all lowercase comments more (possibly as part of OpenAI's effort to make it more concise).

It also seems to use modern Java features like var and records more.

Is it really any worse than AliExpress?

Yeah because he didn't responsibly report it. What did he expect?

I swear something is dead every week for yall.

I got one of these recently. I paid about $30 for it since they don't like to sell them to individual consumers. It's one of the newer dual-interface JCOP 4 cards, so it also supports ints, which most cards don't. You program them with a standard PC card reader, which I have.

So when you need an LLM in your backend, scrape Claude Code instead of using the API :)
